Apple has released iOS 4.3.4 to block the exploit used by comex to jailbreak devices on iOS 4.3.3.
Apple will stop signing iOS 4.3.3 shortly so make sure to save your SHSH blobs as soon as possible.
If you want to keep your jailbreak alive stay away from 4.3.4 FW & do not upgrade.
