One jailbreak developer has managed to port the iPhone app over, and will be releasing WhatsPad (the iPad version of WhatsApp) in the Cydia Store soon.
According to our sources, WhatsPad has already been submitted to Cydia, and is awaiting approval. Once available, it will be compatible with the iPad 3G only, though we do not yet know whether WhatsPad will be a paid app, or a free app.
We’ll let you know once the jailbreak application becomes available.
