A new jailbreak application promises to attempt to recover users’ deleted SMS messages, by scanning through an iPhone’s SMS database and Spotlight index. The application is called “Undelete SMS,” and it’s currently available to download in Cydia for around seven dollars.
The only problem with the application is that it isn’t guaranteed to work all of the time.
